The rules here are pretty simple and straightforward (unlike at your crappy job):
1. Everything is anonymous. Your name, email, whatever won't be posted. Ever. So have some fun with it.
2. No names. No places. If you leave it in, it's just going to be replaced with ****** or just edited completely, so don't waste our time. We don't want to get sued by your idiot co-workers or the douchey company you work for.
3. Write as much as you want as long as your first sentence begins with "This idiot I work with"... After that, it's all up to you. Should you need to put things in past tense you can say "used" to work with.
4. If your boss is the idiot - and let's face it, most of the time, the boss is the numero uno idiot-o, just go with "This Idiot I Work For..."
5. No racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. material. We like a good insult and sometime stereotypes can be funny (shut up, they can), but too much of it gets old faster than your job does.
6. This is entertainment, folks. In fact, we really don't care if your stories are true, just make them funny.
